Vật liệu cách nhiệt bằng bọt xốp, hay còn được gọi là vật liệu cách âm xốp, là một loại vật liệu được sử dụng phổ biến trong nhiều ngành công nghiệp và ứng dụng khác nhau nhờ khả năng cách nhiệt, cách âm, và cung cấp sự bảo ôn tối ưu. Vật liệu này có cấu trúc sợi hoặc tế bào mềm có khả năng giữ nhiệt tốt, ngăn không cho nhiệt truyền qua, giúp giữ nhiệt cho không gian bên trong và ngăn kéo dài quá trình truyền nhiệt từ bên ngoài vào.

Vật liệu cách nhiệt bằng bọt xốp là một giải pháp hiệu quả và sử dụng rộng rãi trong các ứng dụng cách nhiệt. Vật liệu này được tạo thành từ các bọt xốp polystyene và polyurethane. Cấu trúc bọt xốp này giúp cách nhiệt và hạn chế truyền nhiệt. Ứng dụng trong các ngành công nghiệp: Cách nhiệt trong xây dựng, Ứng dụng trong công nghiệp ô tô và nhiều ứng dụng trong cuộc sống hàng ngày
